Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days via USPS. All packages are tracked and insured for customer satisfaction. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of purchase, please contact us. 

International Shipping 

We offer worldwide shipping as long as your country is accepting packages from the United States. The shipping cost is automated by the carriers and cannot be reduced at this time. Shipping is dispatched and processed the same as our domestic packages. Delivery can take up-to 30 days for you to receive your package.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products we currently do not offer refunds, as our products are sealed for individual use. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please provide us with pictures the day you receive your products as proof to determine how to move forward. All packages are tracked and insured and will go through a 30-day process with the shipping carrier to receive a correct refund/replacement.

Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges, as our products are sealed for individual use. To avoid purchasing the wrong shade please take our Quiz to determine your correct shade. You can follow us on Instagram & TikTok to look at lip swatches first.
